We helped GCAA to award the best employees in various categories using a LIVE voting system!
Live voting system real-time fun!
How employees experience recognition is one of the most important factors in their overall perception of their company as a great place to work. GCAA organized its annual employee dinner at St. Regis Saadiyat Island and decided to acknowledge the best people at work in 15 fun categories. GCAA shortlisted top 4 employees in each category and wanted to let all the staff decide the winners in real time. We helped them achieve it by making the whole experience LIVE giving all the 500+ staff in the audience the power to decide. Our live voting system brought real time accurate voting fun into annual employee dinner.
Next level live voting – GCAA Event
As part of the LIVE experience, we provided each audience member a live voting system keypad to vote for the most funny, most social, most charismatic person, most workaholic colleague and other fun categories. This live voting experience was taken to the next level by adding some live categories like Best local/non-local dressed man and woman in the audience.
Employee engagement on personal level
A team of photographers randomly shot photos of best dressed employees in the pre-function area and we programmed the nominees with their photos loaded in our voting system all in real time. The crowd cheered as the best employee in each category walked the stage to collect the awards, true audience engagement.
